Nice mouse, not ergonomic
The mouse is shaped ergonomically, but due to it’s small size I would not consider it an ergonomic mouse. it feels small in the hand, and the outer two fingers are definitely not supported.

good mouse but auto sleep mode is irritating! forced to buy another mouse.
Bought the mouse a month back. Its super quiet and amazing in every way. The only problem, which is also the biggest problem is that the auto power off is so so annoying, the mouse just goes off every 2 mins or so of not touching it…..then you touch it and the curser stays unresponsive…..after it goes to sleep…it doesn’t wake up even after touching it or tapping all the buttons….I have to switch off the switch at the bottom and then on it again to make it work…..and then soon again it goes to sleep. Checked all the settings in the computer that might cause usb devices to sleep to save power and turned them off…..but this mouse just doesn’t get it!!! Its an excellent mouse which is ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY! because you will end up buying another out of frustration. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! UGREEN do something with your technologies, we dont want 18 hours of battery life by the product not working!!!

The many reviews about disconnections are true
UPDATE AT THE BOTTOMLove everything about this mouse, size, comfort, ergonomics, looks, functionalities, etc… However, it does disconnect almost every time laptop sleeps or starts. In the first week, a simple turn off then turn on did the trick. The next week this no longer worked, so had to remove the usb dongle and replug every time. And finally last week, even that doesn’t work anymore. The only thing that works now is slamming the mouse hard on the desk (I’m not even kidding), and for some reason that awakens it (?!). Like I said, love everything about the mouse, but I won’t buy again once it breaks, which should be sooner rather than later as I have to slam it hard every time I want to start using it.Edit: So UGREEN reached out to me through Amazon to offer me a refund, as they suspect I had a defective unit, despite their rigorous QA process. I was both pleasantly surprised and impressed by this aftersales care that I have changed their rating from 2 to 3 stars. I wish I could give 5 because I truly love the mouse… when it does connect.
