Sony SA-D20 C E12 60 Watt 2.1 Channel Wireless Bluetooth Multimedia Speaker (Black)

I was searching for a 2.1 channel speakers for a long time as I wanted to replace my 6 years old F&D F550X system which did sound great but had developed some problems with Bluetooth connectivity. I shortlisted F&D T200X, Panasonic Sc-Ht260Gw-K and Harman soundstick 4 and was about to finalize Panasonic when I came across this sony speaker. Seeing the highest rating for this, I immediately bought it.Loved:1. The phenomenal stereo sound which doesn’t get distorted even at higher volumes2. Great base with a big wooden sub3. Easy to install4. Great designCons:1. Doesn’t have separate control for base and treble although you really don’t need it.2. If you switch off the system, you have to connect the Bluetooth again.3. All operations can be done only using the remote so you would need to keep it very safe.Summary- if you are looking for a great 2.1 channel speaker system between 5 to 10k, look no further.

This is the 7th SONY device in my home.Starting with a SONY Trinitron TV and a 2 in 1 music system. Then a DVD player and a Cybershot camera, a couple of pendrives and a portable Bluetooth speaker (SRS-XB12), and now this.Excellent product.Value for money.SONY sound systems do not need any advertising or review. The name SONY is good enough, which is once again proved by this magnificent system.Excellent bass… The whole floor will vibrate on high volume. There is no distortion of sound even in the highest volume. Looks impressive. Subwoofer is made of wood that enhances the sound quality. Remote control is pretty sleek and convenient. Bluetooth connectivity is ok. Excellent stereophonic sound quality. The wires are pretty long too, though not as long as a 5.1 set.Only 3 cons are … There is no bass control. Sometimes a little bit difficult, but you can control it via any app or your PC.There is no volume control on the set. It can be controlled only via the remote control.The Bluetooth version is old .. it is 2.0. This is a little inconvenient. Does not auto connect and manual connecting is also a little slow.Overall I am super satisfied with the product. It has perfectly met my expectations.A big thank you to SONY and Amazon.

Sound quality was the thing one have to experience from this.Remarkable clear vocals with good sensible bass adjustment was preloaded by Sony. No option to adjust bass and treble. But for a normal music listener the preloaded settings are very much superb.The only con i found was the remote control options. It looks great but you can only power the system on and off, change the input connectivity options and can change the volume up and down. But you can not change the track or play and pause the system when you play from a Bluetooth. You can do all these only from USB connectivity. I don’t understand why it did not give that option for bluetooth. Except this everything was great and just go for it if you have no requirements of above mentioned remote functionalities.
