Defective item
When flip on, picture not clear. Fatema Trading, the seller, refuses to recognise whatsoever guarantee, but complaining that item is coming from Egypt. I wish someone reply to me and/or take action against Fatema Trading for the necessary maintenance.

Very pleased great phone and features. The camera is fine even though some say it’s not. The only niggle is battery life. But even that’s better than the experts say it is. It charges very fast. It certainly beats my old phone.

Easy to use even by non techie. Good screen, easy to read and protected in the pocket because it folds time will tell if regular folding effects the screen over time.

The Phone its self is excellent and battery life is reasonable. The problem started when the phone developed a screen fault after 6 months. This would of been covered by Samsung if it were a genuine UK phone.The seller NEATCOM advertised these phones as UK Model but sends you a Taiwanese model and Samsung wont carry out warranty repairs, as we found out when we tried to get it repaired. Amazon only cover for 90 days and the bank will not cover as it is too long past sale date. So if you buy from this seller you have ZERO warranty.

unable to transfer data from old phone to this phone due to problems between Samsung and Huawei. Calling Samsung helpline for assistance didn’t solve the problem.
