Camera glass got shatered on its own .. Horrible buying experience .. Be aware of this seller
I unboxed this S21 ultra to find that the factory sticker that you peel before you use the camera wasn’t there then later i just discovered that the glass of the middle camera is shatered. The mobile didn’t fall, no physical damage happened and there was no impact. I am treating this phone like a newborn since i unboxed it.There is defenitly something wrong with this item and there are a lot of red flags. For example the S21 ultra doesn’t come out of the box with a screen cover that has the name and the logo printed on it while the item i received has one and its quality is poor and cheaply printed on it. Also there were no manual or any paper work inside the black floder where the charging cable is stored inside the boxand there is no any QR code or any label on this folder. Even the simcard tray removal pin looks used. In addition to all of this i am sure that the Camera lense isn’t original because there is no way it cracks that easy on its own without any impact or physical damage, specially when i couldn’t find the factory sticker on the cameras’ area on the back of the phone when it came out of the box.On top of all the seller asked me to remove my review and he promised to accept the return order and issue a refund and when i requested a return he kept on rejecting it while telling me that he has done his part and now its on Amazon’s support team to send someone to collect it. Amazon support team said that he cancelled my first return request and rejected the second one.To sum it up, i don’t recommened Ku Biz as a seller under any circuistances. Don’t go through a terrible experience like me and find other sellers with better ratings.

Everything perfect.. but.
The phone works perfectly and all but for some reason, some security features such as “Secure folder” don’t work, whenever I try to activate it, it keeps saying “The device has been rooted or changed in an unauthorized way” even though I tried multiple tests and the result came out to being the phone isn’t actually rooted. It doesn’t matter though, everything else is flawless.

Screen not working
Although we bought this phone on Dec 2023 but we just opened it now to start using it… sadly when we charged the phone & started initial set up, the screen does not scroll to open the phone. Very bad quality of phone and totally upset as it was my sister’s birthday gift !!! Unacceptable

I haven’t had the phone for a year and the screen failed. Samsung Canada has told me they will not honor the warrantee in canada because it’s not a Canadian phone.

I have been using Samsung Galaxy phones for many years and I tend to get a new one once every two or three years. This upgrade from the S8+ is excellent and I needed it as I now have a dual sim model. Always had to carry two phones with me when I travelled abroad. The camera is amazing and the battery life is very good. Upgrading to Android 12 has caused the finger print detection not to work properly but I expect that will be fixed soon.

Perfect condition, as described, was able to set up, charges up well (had 50% ready), came with a cable, no charger (not an issue for me). Beautiful colour, case of phone perfect condition. Really pleased with this phone. As described and would recommend company. Lovely clear screen and fast keyboard ease typing.
