I expected easy friendly use blender. This one is not easy at all. Kenwood made it so complicated. When you want to put the blender and lock it, it is not easy because there is only one arrow and one gab when you can lock the blender. All other blenders are easily be locked and switched on but not this one. The lid c of the blender also not easy to lock and close. Machine is louder than usual.
