Doesn’t really work properly. Even if you set spin on “no spin” it still spins.VERY loud and unstable.Almost like if it’s gonna go to the Mars if you let it spin for a couple more minutes.Very scary and noizy.The manual is unclear, doesn’t even say how much time the programs would be.I guess you get what you pay for…

Total Disappointment
I received my washing machine today, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The delivery agent left a poor impression, and while the machine works fine during the wash cycle, the rinse and spin cycles are a disaster. The machine shakes violently, moves up and down, and creates excessive noise and vibrations. Iâm extremely disappointed with this product. I hope the Hisense team will send a technician to inspect and resolve this issue.

Remove the transportation bolts
It makes a lot of noise if you dont remove the transportation bolts from the back side of the washer.

Good Washing Machine
For buyers looking to buy this product, ensure the transportation bolts screwed behind are removed prior to using. Many users have complained about the excessive noise and vibration, this I believe is due to not removing these bolts. Even we had the same issue initially but after reading the manual it is clearly instructed in it to remove these ‘transportation bolts’ before using. We removed them and now it seems to be working perfectly. Its been a week and so far so good.
Product is very bad, takes the whole day to wash, doesn’t spin, noisy and jerking. I almost ran out from home because of it. Is zero to buy. Funny enough I ordered 3 of it thinking because 9f thr brand is good and was very disappointed. –
