Toaster works perfectly, is stylish and cooks well. I am using a convertor plug for Australian standards and will have the plug changed by an electrician soon (I was aware it was a UK plug as advised).

And that is why I am giving it 4 stars as I really like the design and it fits well in my kitchen. The above snaps are of thick bloomer bread with the setting just below 3. I found I had to preheat it on the 1 setting to get the same effect with medium sliced bread (shop bought).I have to say it does feel light and âcheapâ and not the normal quality Iâd expect from Bosch. But they definitely win on design. Love the knobs at the end rather than on the side.How long it lasts remains to be seen. For now, after some playing, all is well.

This is a stylish toaster. It works well with sliced bread and teacakes but I haven’t tried it with anything else. The slots are about 25mm wide so anything really thick might get caught up. There is a built in warming rack and the controls are easy to use. I like the positive click action of the dial that sets how brown the toast gets. I’d recommend this one.

I have purchased this product before and had many years service from it so I bought a new one when the other one stopped working.
