Diese Platte hängt als NAS an meiner Fritzbox und hat eine 10 Jahre alte Toshiba Canvio Basics 1TB abgelöst. Energiesparmodus wird unterstützt, was bei einer vorher gekauften, externen Seagate Platte nicht der Fall war, zudem lieà sich die Toshiba ganz einfach auf ext4 formatieren, was bei der Seagate auch nur kompliziert möglich war.Die Geschwindigkeit ist für meine Ansprüche völlig ausreichend, ich sichere nachts nur automatisiert Daten vom Mobiltelefon und nutze ab und an mal den Fritz Medienserver zum Musik hören am Denon-AVR, zum ruckelfrei Filme streamen über Kodi reichts auch locker.
