Camera not working. Got used phone.
I trusted amazon. But amazon seller sent me second used phone whcih is not at all genuine or brand new. Either is is used / duplicate / refurbished / parts changed.Moreover phone case is not in that. After zooming camera got not working error. Compltely used phone sent by the seller.When the customer spent on product Amazon and the Seller both should deliver quality product. Not the 2nd or 3rd quality products.Amazon should take care of this quality maintenance. Other wise will lose customers as I do.Really Bad experince. Unexpected fake products from Amazon.

Misleading advertising
Phone was mentioned as new.The box came clearly as used. The screen plastic cover was misaligned. There was a small scratch on the back. The operating system is bugged like hell (switch off alone like 50x a day) battery is down in less than half day and the 0.5 photo cam takes blurred pictures. So this was clearly a used or rebranded photo. Thanks for this gift !

Huge Disapointment
It arrived well sealed as originally was by Samsung. When I opened it, guess what? There was no SIm Tray !!!Then it was not Exynos as advertised; in installed CPU-App, and guess what? The front camera is NOT 48MP. It was 7MP, and the back camera was NOT 108MP. It was 12 MP.Such a loss and such as SCAM be aware of them. What goes around comes around, Soon.

Not good
I am not satisfied. Because the phone I bought has charge backup problem. Charges down even when not in use. There is a doubt whether this is a new phone or a refurbished phone.

I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my husband. We are both very happy with them. I haven’t used the face recognition, but do use the fingerprint reader. It’s a bit hit and miss, but the pattern print can be used instead.The Battery life seems good
