The quality is low, the warranty is short
Smart cap broke after approximately 3 weeks of use. The drum top lid got discoloration for no obvious reason, which indicates poor plastic quality. While applying for the warranty I was informed that only the motor is 5 years warranty, else is 1 year only. And I have to send them the whole unit for inspection and only after that they can order parts. Also the unit is very hard to clean, comparing to other juicers I had. As well as you need to put some oil on the gears from time to time, so they don’t make annoying squeaky sound. The cleaning tool doesn’t work flawlessly every time, you really have to push it hard and some of the residue get stuck in the bristles, which adds an extra stepp of cleaning the tool. Would make life a whole lot easier if they just made the plastic dishwasher safe. Otherwise, it’s definitely not worth the money.

wow. what a great juicer – easy to use, clean and makes awesome juice
this was a fantastic purchase for the kitchen – eats carrots, celery, apples, kiwis, you name it, it slow-juices everything. came with great directions and lots of useful brushes to help clean it. it’s very easy to clean this machine.

Juicing activity is not too time consuming, pulp extracted is almost dry, assembling the juicer needs bit practice but cleaning is trouble-less.Although, there are more expensive models available, this juicer is true value for money.Highly recommended!
